LEARN THE CAPACITY-BASED SPRINT PLANNING METHOD FOR ONLY $47
Confidently know what to work on for the next 2–4 weeks — without overwhelm.
A focused workshop for Christian moms building or managing work from home who want a realistic, capacity-based sprint plan without second-guessing their priorities.

Most planning methods start with goals and try to fit your life around them. This method works differently.
Instead of starting with what you wish you could do, you’ll start with what you can realistically sustain in this season — your time, your energy, and your current responsibilities.
From there, you’ll learn how to:
define one clear priority for your sprint
choose only the work that actually supports that goal
and follow through without constantly reworking your plan
This creates a rhythm you can return to again and again — one that helps you make meaningful progress without overextending yourself.

You finally have a clear plan for the next 2–4 weeks — so you’re not wasting your limited time deciding what to do each day. Instead of bouncing between tasks or second-guessing your priorities, you’ll know exactly what deserves your focus in this season.

You’ll learn how to plan based on your real, weekly capacity — not your best-case scenario. That means your plan actually holds up when life happens, instead of falling apart the moment your schedule shifts.

You’ll have a simple, repeatable method that works with your life — not against it.
Instead of constantly starting over, you’ll build a steady rhythm of progress you can return to again and again.

Before staying home with my kids, I spent nearly a decade working in tech as a program manager.
My role required me to manage complex projects, balance priorities, and make steady progress toward clear outcomes.
And the way I did that was through sprint-based planning.
It gave me structure, clarity, and a clear path forward.
When I became a stay-at-home mom and started building my blog and podcast, I had a bit of a realization.
I didn’t need a completely different system. I just needed to apply the same principles in a completely different kind of schedule. Because my time looked very different.
Instead of full workdays, I had small pockets of time: early mornings, nap times, and some evenings.
And I knew if I wanted to build something meaningful, it had to fit within those limits. Not compete with them.
So I started planning my work the same way I always had — but this time, based on my real capacity.
Not what I wished I could do. Not what someone else was doing. Just what actually fit in my life.
And here’s what I noticed. When I planned this way, I felt focused and clear. But when I didn’t? I felt scattered.
I would sit down to work and second-guess everything. Jump between tasks. Wonder if I was spending my time on the right things.
That contrast made it very clear to me: Clarity doesn’t come from having more time.
It comes from having a plan that actually fits your life.
Over time, this became a rhythm I could return to again and again. I knew what I was working on. I knew why it mattered. And I could make steady progress without feeling pulled in a hundred different directions.
Today, this is the exact method I use to manage my time and build meaningful work with a limited schedule.
Not by doing more. But by working with intention inside the time I actually have.
And that’s exactly what I want to help you do inside this workshop.
What if I don’t have enough time to make real progress?
What if I choose the wrong things to focus on?
What if my schedule is too unpredictable for something like this?
What if I start strong… but don’t follow through?
What if this becomes another plan I don’t follow through on?
These aren’t signs that this won’t work for you. They’re the exact problems this method is designed to solve.
You don’t need more time.
You don’t need a perfect schedule.
And you don’t need to do more.
You need a clear plan that fits the life you’re actually living.

“This workshop gave me a simple, actionable framework which has profoundly changed how I view my capacity and structure my work.
Implementing what Kirsten teaches helped me accomplish more in my first 2-week sprint than I had previously been accomplishing in a month before this course!
It has made my time more protected, work more productive, and business goals more achievable.
Every mom working to build a business or accomplish goals with limited hours and energy needs this method!”

MODULE 01

In this first module, you’ll learn what sprint planning actually is and why it works so well in seasons with limited time. We’ll walk through why most planning methods fall apart—and why starting with your capacity changes everything. By the end of this module, you’ll understand the importance of planning your work based on your real life, not an ideal schedule.
MODULE 02

You’ll identify your real weekly capacity, map out your current workload, choose one clear sprint goal, and decide which tasks actually belong in this sprint.
You’ll also see an example sprint board so you can confidently build your own.
By the end of this module, you’ll have a complete 2–4 week sprint plan ready to execute.
This is where most of the clarity happens.
MODULE 03

In this final module, you’ll learn how to follow through on your sprint with clarity and confidence.
We’ll cover common mistakes to avoid, simple strategies to make your workflow easier, and how to review your sprint so your planning improves over time.
By the end of this module, you’ll have a repeatable rhythm you can use again and again.

It’s a few weeks from now, and you’re no longer wondering what you should be working on. You sit down to work, open your board, and begin — without second-guessing, without overthinking.
You’re not trying to do everything. You’re not chasing every idea or stretching your time past what your life can hold. You’ve chosen a clear goal for this season — and a plan that fits within the time you’ve intentionally set aside for work.
And when that time is up, you can step away…Not because everything is finished,
but because you know you worked on what mattered.

Instead of feeling pulled in two directions, you can be present with your family without mentally carrying your to-do list. Instead of wondering if you should be doing more,
you can trust the work you’ve already done. And instead of striving to do more, you can steward your time with clarity and intention in this season.
IT'S ABOUT KNOWING WHAT'S ENOUGH FOR THIS SEASON AND BUILDING FROM THERE.

No. You’re only planning your work for the next 2–4 weeks, not your entire schedule. Most sprints can be planned in about an hour or less — and that clarity saves you time throughout the weeks that follow.
That’s exactly why sprint planning works. Instead of relying on a rigid daily schedule, you’ll plan based on your overall capacity and work in flexible pockets of time throughout the week.
No. There are many free task management tools available. In this workshop, I demonstrate using Trello, but the method works the same in any tool — or even on paper.
No. This method works well for anyone managing meaningful work from home —whether you’re building a business or managing specific projects.
Most planning methods are built around following someone else's workflow or assuming ideal conditions — more time, more energy, and fewer interruptions. This method is different because it starts with your real capacity. That’s what makes it sustainable.
